If you have any of these problems, Hue Rain We will check the condition of your jewelry and clean and maintain it to its best condition.

We use natural detergents or baking soda for cleaning.

The service is free, but there is a shipping fee from the customer (paid upon delivery) and from Hue Rain (900 yen in Japan).

After checking the condition of your jewelry, if any metal or fittings need to be replaced, we will make a separate suggestion and may charge you an additional fee.

After completing your order and payment, we will inform you of the shipping address.
